The fact that you dismissed the cookie notice is stored only in your browser (local storage). While the tab is open, your browser (session storage) also remembers where you came to the site from, which is only sent together with a message you submit through the form.
Visitor statistics
We measure visits with our own anonymous tool without cookies. We do not store your IP address or anything that could identify you. We only record the page visited, where you came from (for example Google), the device type (mobile, tablet, desktop) and the time of the visit. We also count clicks on the WhatsApp button and use of the price calculator, again without any data about you. No fonts are loaded from third parties.
Contact form
When you write to us through the form, we process your email, subject and message, plus where you came to the site from (for example Google), so we can reply. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering your questions. We keep messages for a maximum of 2 years and then delete them. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
Third‑party services
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): if you message us via the WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place in the WhatsApp app under its own privacy policy.
- Websupport s.r.o.: our hosting and email provider, whose servers run the website and handle messages.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and to object to processing. Just email us at info@kordanic.com. If you feel we are not handling your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
How to delete cookies
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. The website will still work, it just won't remember your language.
